DRAGONFLYDRY™ Warranty

We Warranty every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects for the first year of the product. Should you encounter a warranty issue, please call for a case number. We will repair it if possible or replace it if necessary. Please have all warranty items clean for our warranty department to inspect or it will be sent back without inspection. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, modifications to the garment, alterations or use for a purpose other than which it was designed. If this product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair the product without charge or replace it at our sole discretion. This warranty is not transferable. Products must be registered by completing the warranty survey and faxed into our firm.
